Customer admin guide
A short checklist for the owner or ERP administrator of a Nuneto workspace.
1. First login
- Open the Nuneto workspace URL from your welcome email.
- Sign in with the owner email and temporary password, then change the password.
- Confirm Dashboard, Warehouses, and Settings load for your organization.
- Add products, suppliers, teammates, and opening stock when you are ready.
2. Domain and apps
Your Nuneto subdomain works immediately. To use a company domain, open Settings → Domains, follow the displayed nameserver instructions, wait for Ready, then activate the host.
Configure POS, field, and warehouse apps with the tenant API URL supplied during onboarding. Warehouse execution requires an internet connection.
3. Billing and teammates
Use Settings → Billing for subscription status and the billing portal. Use Settings → Organization to invite owners, admins, and members.

Contact your Nuneto representative for owner-password resets, provisioning corrections, or a domain that remains unreachable after its nameservers are ready.
